In the process of performing bookkeeping services, we exclusively use QuickBooks Online. We can help choose the right plan for your business, however, you will be billed directly and the fees for any QuickBooks Online products (or any other software) will be in addition to our monthly service fees. This way, you will always have ownership of your QuickBooks file, should we part ways.

We want your business to succeed and part of that success is ensuring that the financial portion of your business is run correctly and lawfully. This means you should have or be willing to get separate business bank and credit card accounts. In addition, you should not use your business accounts to purchase personal items (at least not on purpose). In addition, using your business account for personal expenses creates more transactions, which increases our fees.
