We’ll start with your last business tax filing (if any) and get all of your transactions caught up to the present date. This is not a job for the faint at heart but we can tackle it, no problem!

Sure, you can hire a greenie to come into the office and they can probably figure out most of the transactions, but do you really want to leave your business’ finances up to someone who has little to no formal training or real-world experience? On top of that, you’ll be paying payroll taxes, workman’s comp, benefits, and providing office space and equipment. Bookkeeping can easily be done virtually and business’ all over are saving money by avoiding the overhead.

Do you have employees to pay? I can get your employees set up on payroll with a time clock app they can use from their smartphones. I’ll help you track PTO time, benefits, and everything else that goes with payroll. All you need to do is approve their timesheets and run payroll each pay period and I can provide training for that as well. We like to use Gusto, but if you already have payroll setup, we can work with other programs, no problem!

You will receive monthly reports to show how well your business is doing and if there are any areas that could use some attention. You will also be able to easily invite your CPA to access your books for tax filing purposes. If you don't have a CPA, we can recommend a few!
